In 2019, we were entrusted with a prestigious project by the Land Port Authority of India, focusing on improving the passenger experience and strengthening operational infrastructure at one of their key facilities. The project required us to conceptualize, design, and deliver a complete solution that included immigration counters, passenger seating systems, and office furniture – all tailored to meet the specific requirements of a high-traffic environment.

From the very beginning, our goal was clear: to create an environment that is not only functional but also reflects efficiency, modern design, and comfort. Immigration areas are the first point of contact for passengers, making it essential to strike the right balance between security, professionalism, and hospitality.

We designed and installed immigration counters that were built with precision and durability in mind. Each counter was crafted to withstand the continuous usage of thousands of daily travelers while integrating seamlessly with modern security and technology systems. Attention was given to ergonomics for staff to ensure a smoother workflow, minimizing fatigue during long working hours.

For passenger seating arrangements, we provided ergonomically designed seating solutions that combined strength, comfort, and aesthetics. Since waiting times are inevitable in immigration facilities, the seating was carefully chosen to enhance comfort while maximizing available space.

The office furniture supplied was tailored to meet the functional needs of the administrative and operational teams. From workstations to storage solutions, each piece was designed to promote productivity, organization, and a professional working atmosphere.
